ADELYNNC provides returns for all items < except SALE/Discounted items and specifically stated non-returnable items. All clearance or discounted items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Can I return my item?
Yes, you can except for SALE/Discounted Items, specially stated non-refundable items or clearance items. All returns must be sent back within 5 working days and any cost incurred to send back the item will borne by the customer.
- How do I return?
• All returned items must meet the following “Return Conditions”.
• Login Account and fill in the Return Form. The Return department will get back to customer within 1-2 working days.
• Once you get the reply from our Return Department, you may courier your parcel to ADELYNNC. We only accept return via courier service.
• The Return department will get back to you and send a “Return Voucher” (No Cash Refund) to your email once the return item is received. This process normally takes 2-3 working days.
- Return Conditions
• Items must be returned in its original condition with original packaging, unworn, unwashed and unaltered.
•Customer must inform the Return Department via submission of “Return Form” before returning the items. The Return department will get back to customer within 1-2 working days.
• All returned items must include the “Invoice Slip”. Customer may print it via email.
• The Return Department do not accept returns via “Cash on Delivery service”. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Returns can only made one time per order number which mean any order made with “Return Voucher” cannot be returned the consequent time.
• All returned items which do not meet the above-mentioned criteria will be strictly declined and forfeited.
